In our civil division we work with a variety of individuals, businesses and agencies including property developers, councils and surveyors.

For farmers we can help with subdivision of land to create an extra house lot, leading the  statutory process and engaging surveyors as required.

Examples of our work include the Annebrook Road subdivision (Tamahere); Bell Road and Maori Point subdivisions (both Whatawhata); and Starkey Rd (Kiwitahi).
